Tickets, workshops, and digital products are subject to availability. Prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise. Access to on-demand content is personal and non-transferable.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Refund eligibility varies by product and will be stated at purchase. Where refunds apply, they are processed to the original payment method. We may offer credit for future editions where refunds are not available.

6. Event changes

We may modify schedules, speakers, and formats. If we materially change an in-person event, we will provide alternative access or appropriate remedies consistent with consumer laws.

Content we publish and materials shared at events are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission, except as permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orumera Forum is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
